1º CC.SS. - TEMA 4 - Enviroments

Students are divided into two pairs A and B . You have some pictures . Take it in turns to describe your pictures to each other . When A is describing, B must guess which environment is.




Environments: Rainforest, Tropical Forest, Savanna, Desert, Mediterranean Forest, Deciduous Forest, Coniferous Forest, Steppe, Tundra, Mountain Environments.


  • It is a jungle less dense than rainforest.
  • The most common tree is oak.
  • It is an area of grass and trees like the acacia.
  • It is herbaceous formation of moss and lichen.
  • Flora changes with altitude, starting from forests and grasslands and ending in moss and lichen on top.
  • It is a very dense forest called jungle. 
  • Vegetation is very scarce.
  • The most common tree is pine.
  • It is located near the deserts and is covered with short grass.
  • It includes bushes and Holm oaks.
